I'm currently making a similar flash but as a chalkboard oposed to pencil and paper.
Tell me ,how do you get it to draw a circle like that, I've been slaving over it.

to do the circle, i started with a layer and put a circle straight on it, then i animated the pencil going round the circle on seperate keyframes, i then highlighted the frames on the layer with the circle , pressed f6 and on the seperate keyframes, rubbed out the bits that hadn't been drawn yet,

It's great to see you've stepped up another notch (as if the madness series wasn't bad ass enough). The animation was suprisingly smooth for the detail of art and this looks like the begining of a great new violent series, My only complaint was that the protagonist was a little to masculine.
A few questions
- "Special thanks to Luis", is that Luis as in the crazy latino Newgrounds moderator? I noticed the art styles were similar.
- Will there ever be another madness?
- Any hint on what the next Project IV will be about.

This was very "Spoilsbury Toast Boy" but was OK none the less, you should make em more random thats why Firths are so much more creepier.

The bad guys are the ones with the grey bodies who usually hang out in the background.

Although, the main characters can be pretty bad too sometimes.
